Section 18
Can form committees and sub-committees
(1) The committee may establish other committees or sub-committees as necessary to assist in any work to be performed by it in accordance with this Act or the rules made under this Act.
(2) The committee or sub-committee formed in accordance with sub-section (1) shall have the functions, duties, rights, procedures and facilities to be enjoyed by the members of such committee or sub-committee as determined by the committee.
